This summer I have fallen in love with Ratatouille. I make it at least once a week. Our CSA sharea pretty much gives all the vegetables needed. Last night I didn't have any peppers so I added a can of chick peas instead. I've not seen a recipe that uses chick peas, but I love them and it was very tasty!

I also made ice cream, but the power went out mid-churn for several hours. When it came back on I was too excited for ice cream to take any pictures.

Now, I'm off to work, my last day as a full time employee in the Reference Department.
